Interestingly, BSP PF Trust had already won a favorable ruling in the Jharkhand High Court back in 2020. The legal charge is being led by Shri Narendra Kumar Banchhor, Chairman of SEFI (Steel Executives Federation of India) and President of the BSP Officers’ Association.
